What credit cards does Delphinium Home accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.

When will I receive my online purchase?

When your order is placed online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within within 24 hours or let you know if an item is back ordered (out of stock for a period of time). After 48 hours of processing, your order will be shipped UPS Ground (5-7days), unless otherwise specified (3-5 days). If an order is needed in less time, please call us directly at (212) 333-3213 and we will try our best to accommodate you (higher shipping rates apply).

Can items be shipped internationally?

At present, we can only ship orders within the United States (Alaska and Hawaii included).

How do I know the personal information I’m giving Delphinium Home is secure?

Every time you place an online order, your information is automatically encrypted and every precaution is taken to ensure your information is safe.

I saw an item in your retail store I’d like to purchase, but it’s not online?

Because of the great amount of items offered in our retail store, we are not able to offer every item online. If there is something you’d like to purchase you don’t see online, call us during regular business hours at (212) 333-3213 and we’ll be glad to help you.

Can I return something I bought online?

Yes, as mentioned in our Guarantee/Return Policy section, it’s easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Contact us by phone and assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange. We will in turn give you an RA# (Return Authorization Number) which you will fill in on a return label enclosed in your order. Please notate the RA# for your records in case item is lost in return mail. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, affix the shipping label over your original address label on the box being returned and ship back to us via UPS. When the item is received back to us, we will issue an exchange (if defective) or full refund. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us a (212) 333-3213 during normal business hours.
