At Delphinium Home.com we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you are less than pleased with anything you order from us, we will cheerfully accept it back for an exchange or a refund of the full price of merchandise if it is for yourself and still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. All returns will be reapplied back to the credit card used when the original order was placed. If it is a gift sent to another person, we will gladly issue a DelphiniumHome Gift Certificate in exchange for the returned item(s), which is redeemable online or at our Delphinium Home retail store up to one year from return date. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately during business hours. And remember, a Delphinium Home Gift Certificate is always available in lieu of out of stock items! For items that arrive damaged, defective or are not what you ordered, we will replace the item and pay for return shipping or refund your shipping cost.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Email us at CustomerService@Delphiniumhome.com and let us know the problem. We will in turn issue you a (RA#) Return Authorization Number which will identify your item when it is returned to us. Please fill in the RA# on the Return Address Label above and keep this number for your records and for tracking purposes. RA#:_____________.
2. Repack the gift in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
3. Cut off return label above and tape over your address on outside of original box shipped to you. (Make sure RA# is filled in on label) and ship back to us UPS Ground. Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue you a replacement item or full refund for your purchase.
