At Delphinium Home.com we work very hard to ship your order as quickly as possible, but in most cases we require two business days to process your order completely before shipping. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If any item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Depending on size and weight, it may be necessary to ship your order in more than one container. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad. We cannot ship to U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, or overseas. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.
