Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Delphinium Home will gladly accept refunds and exchanges.  Here are a few guidelines to help make sure your return/exchange is as easy as possible. 

Returns:

We honor any return/exchange up to 30 days from the purchase of the item(s) in question.  Within 30 day of purchase, please contact us by phone at 212-333-7732 or email us at delphiniumhom@gmail.com with your refund/exchange request, reason for refund and Order Number so we can research and issue you a refund/exchange on the item(s) in question. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. All gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card company.  This process may take a bit of time, so please be patient.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within a few days of the item(s) return, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes to post a refund.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at delphiniumhome@gmail.com.

Sale items: (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective, damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the item(s). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at delphiniumhome@gmail.com and send your item back to: Delphinium Home, 353 West 47 Street, New York, New York, US, 10036.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit receipt for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift receipt will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will found out about your return.

If the item(s) in question are damaged or defective in some way, Delphinium Home will pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the item(s) in question are simply for an exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
